Redis 缓存配置

后端缓存与协作状态统一落 Redis。启动时必须连通，连接失败直接退出进程。

Fields

url: String

连接 URL（如 redis://127.0.0.1:6379/0），由 REDIS_URL 环境变量覆盖

key_prefix: String

所有缓存键统一前缀，便于多环境隔离

default_ttl_secs: u64

列表/统计类 JSON 缓存默认 TTL 秒数
